Hewgill Z28 was purchased in 2007 at Carlisle and did extremely well in his first year.  He tupped one Leicester ewe and his lambs are tremendous with fantastic skins and great length and carcass (Pictured Right). He also crossed very well onto the Blackface ewes

Hundith N26 was bought as a lamb at Hawes in 1998 and has had a major influence in our flock.  Most of our Leicester ewes now go back to him and he has dramatically improved our crossing bloodlines. He bred some very good mule lambs as well producing a number of local show mule champions.

Firth A2 was purchased at Kelso in 2008 in partnership with R.M English Brownsleazes and was the top priced lamb on the day.

He is a very correct sheep all round with good length and skin. He stands well on his legs and has a terrific outlook.

 Lambs by Melkridge Farm V1

Melkridge Farm V1 was bought as a two shear in 2005 and was one of our best crossing tups.  As you can see from the photos he produced lambs with very hard colouring and clean white.  He was only used on 25 ewes and had 5 in our top pen.  The lamb pictured left won the Young Farmers championship at Bellingham Show.

S.P.Dalpeddar was bought as a lamb at Castle Douglas in 2004.  He produced some good Mule and Leicester lambs with terrific skins and outlook and sired one of the best crossing tups we have bred (X15) which we sold at Carlisle as a shearling to A Warnock, Dreva.

Shitlington S4 was a tremendous tup.  He was very consistent over the Blackface ewes and produced three lambs that took the mule championship at Allendale and Bellingham shows in three seperate years.  His lambs regularly made up over half of our top pen.
